Floor plans are ideal. Failing that, a room list with approximate sizes and a note on which systems you want — lighting, climate, shading, audio, security. We can quote from a device schedule if your consultant has already produced one.
First fix runs alongside the electrical works. Programming and commissioning typically take two to four weeks after second fix, depending on the number of zones and integrated systems. We commit to dates once drawings are approved.
Yes. The wireless ORA range — Zigbee 3.0, Matter and Bluetooth SIG Mesh — retrofits into existing back boxes without new cabling, and bridges into a wired KNX system if one is added later.
Often. We audit the existing installation first and tell you honestly whether it is worth adopting, extending or replacing. KNX being an open standard makes takeover far more straightforward than with closed systems.
You get documentation, training for the household or facility team, and ongoing support from the engineers who commissioned the system. Manufacturer warranty applies to the hardware; our programming is warranted for twelve months.
