Yes. We retrofit existing villas regularly, typically using a hybrid of KNX, wireless EnOcean, and Wi-Fi protocols to minimise disruption. We will visit your home, survey the cabling and panel infrastructure, and propose a phased plan if needed.
Timeline depends entirely on scope and the construction phase. Programming a finished panel can take days; designing and commissioning a 20,000 sqft villa from first wire can run six to twelve weeks. Every project includes a clear schedule before signing.
We specialise in Ekinex (Italy), Basalte (Belgium), MDT and Gira (Germany), Akuvox and Akubela for intercom, and ThinKnx for visualisation. We can also work with other certified KNX manufacturers on request.
Always. Every Hadara project includes a lifetime support relationship — your point of contact for the installation remains your point of contact for every future change, upgrade, or repair. Service is in-house. We do not outsource our clients to call centres.
Hadara projects start at around AED 80,000 for a focused apartment package and scale to several million dirhams for a fully-integrated estate villa. Every quote is built from the room schedule and scope of works — there are no off-the-shelf packages.
Yes. All Hadara installations include secure remote access via the ThinKnx or KNX IoT platform, with two-factor authentication and bank-grade encryption. Clients routinely operate their homes from London, Geneva, or anywhere else they happen to be.
Constantly. Roughly 60% of our work begins with an architect or interior design studio bringing us in at the schematic or DD stage. We have a dedicated trade programme and offer dedicated coordination meetings, technical drawings, and finish samples for the design team.
On paper, KNX hardware can carry a premium over consumer-grade products. In practice, the total cost of ownership is lower — KNX systems regularly outlive their wireless competitors by ten or fifteen years, and one platform replaces what would otherwise be four or five separate apps and controllers.
